I want to write about zona.kz site (http://www.zonakz.net/).  It is a weblog site in russian language. There are forums, blogs and different news or links with news sites. It is site about Kazakhstan, about our politics, sociology, economy and so on.  Site provide the search area. You can search something as among articls as among comments.

Zona.kz has more than 13500 users, who left more than 383000 comments. It is active from January 17, 2000. Site has few entries every day.  Every user can leave the comment after the registration. It also provide an RSS feed.

All participants from Kazakhstan. All topics are news orienteted. It hase links with other sites like Officcial site of the party ”Ak Zhol”, or personal site of Galimzhan Zhakiyanov. In Zona.kz users also can find advertising and announcements.

This site is good organized.It very easy for users to find information which they want. I have only good impressions about zona.kz. I strongly reccomend to see this site to everybody, because it can be useful and interesting for everybody, especially for journalists students.  

  

Britannica is really useful on-line encyclopedia where all interesting themes will be found. It is very easy to use: you need only write the topic of research and click to GO. For example, I have searched information about Mozart and Britannica gave me more than 400 results of my research: Mozart’s biography; his compositions; pictures and so on.  Also it gives the link to another sites that containt the same topic of research. This site also have a link with Google that is so comfortable: if the information that you find in Britannica not enough, you can continuing your searh in Google. But I think thet there is so many advertisement in Britannica that destarb the attention. But in whole it is really well organized.

Every human is a part of community. Internet community is  not a physical community, we can’t see, can’t hear, can’t touch each other in reality. But we always can associate with each other, to exchange by news and opinions, to speak with friends with help of Internet and keyboard. We are not always need in voice, sometimes printed words can say a little bit more…

 

There are so many things in the world about what journalist can write and always to be confidend that every article can find its own readers. But for me the most interesting themes are music and animals.

How I remember myself, I always like music. I have finished musical school when I was 15. I think that the music became part of my life. I would like to write about music: about different musical styles (especially rock, RnB, soul, jazz and nowadays unpopular classical music); history of music; singers; musical festivals and so on. Another interesting thing for me there are animals. First of all, I would prefer write about shelters for animals. I’m very happy that we have such kind of organizations where some homeless animals can find theirs home. I think that journalism is not a profession, it is a calling. Nowadays, it’s really hard to imagine the world without journalism. Journalism gives the information to people, presents news regarding current events, trends, issues and people. Every journalist should be well-educated and always to be respond about what he or she cover. And, of course, journalist should always observe such disciplines like: accuracy, verification, ethics, privacy, etc.

Journalism is a great power, and how it will influence (positive or negative) on people depends of in which hands it will be situate.
